To open we will look for a solid executive summary and exit strategy from you, insurance information as required, the location of the collateral, review current assays or appraisals, confirm solid documentation of ownership and as neccessary set up direct contact with principal.

Once the client and our team are interested, due diligence fees are discussed. We have to have outside professionals confirm your paperwork and assets are clean of encumbrances and  real.    If we all decide to move forward and we are interested in your collateral, and you are comfortable we become completely transparent, disclose banking information and our attorney information for vetting..
