Since the early 1990'S Dan Cassel and his financial team have had requests to fund private money loans on literally every legal collateral imaginable, besides real property loans.
Our team will consider funding most solid assets that have a quantifiable value and carries the abilty to be liquidated. We can finance items with low and even no documentation options. Exit strategies are also key in decision making.

Typical process:
We move fast. To open dialog, we look for a solid 1 or 2 page executive summary and exit strategy from the principle, and confirm solid documentation of ownership of asset to be collateralized. The more the better!  Then we review the paperwork. 
Once the client and our team are interested, a phone call is placed principle to principle in most all cases. Loan fees and due diligence fees, if required are discussed. While we do not believe in upfront fees, we do not employ our own capital to vette loan requests from clients. We have to employ outside, independent professionals and/or counsel to confirm your paperwork, and review your pledged assets to confirm they are clean of encumbrances and real. Respectfully.  
If we all still decide to move forward and we are interested in your collateral, and you are comfortable with our team, we become completely transparent, disclose banking information and our attorney information for principles only..
